Eskimo Qubes ships globally. No matter where you live — from snowy mountains to tropical coastlines — your cryotherapy ritual will arrive safely at your door. We partner with trusted international couriers to ensure fast, reliable delivery.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. During launches, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing may take an additional day. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is packed and ready to ship.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location. We aim to keep shipping as affordable as possible for all customers worldwide. Free shipping promotions may apply during special events.
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow your parcel's journey from our Ice Age to yours.
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes depending on your country's regulations. These charges are not included in your order total. We pack all products securely to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Cryo masks and tools do not require refrigeration during transit. If your parcel arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can assist you.
