Eskimo Qubes offers a recurring delivery service for our Cryo Face Sheet Masks and Cryo Eye Pads. By signing up for a subscription, you agree to receive automatic shipments at your chosen frequency (Monthly, Every 3 Months, or Every 6 Months) and for your payment method to be charged accordingly.
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel or pause it. Charges will be processed using the same payment method used for your initial purchase, at the current subscription price (including any member discounts).
You have full control over your Arctic ritual. Through your Account Dashboard, you can:
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your next scheduled charge to avoid being billed for the upcoming shipment.
Payment for each subscription period will be taken on the anniversary of your initial purchase (or the nearest business day). If a payment fails, we will attempt to reach you via email and may retry the charge several times before pausing your subscription.
Subscription orders are subject to our standard Returns Policy. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on used or opened masks. Refunds for subscription charges already processed will only be issued if requested within 24 hours of the charge and before the order has been fulfilled.
